An order made via this site is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order and payment from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order. An order is not valid until payment is made. We will not hold stock if no payment is made and in the case of a limited stock or period deal products may not be available. If this is the case a full refund will be issued.
PaymentWe currently accept the following Payment Options: Amex, Visa, MasterCard. The name that will appear on your statement will be 100% Newbolds Upper Hutt.
Payment on Pick up
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. While we endeavour to ensure that all prices are correct when published, we reserve the right to amend the prices where an error has occurred.

The privacy of our customers data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorized by our bank, using secure encryption.
Please Note: Delivery of some products may take up to 1 - 2 weeks due to availability and manufacturing.We will email you within 24 hours of receiving your order to advise expected delivery dates and arrange a suitable time to deliver your items. We reserve the right to cancel any sale where stock is not available. We will not hold any stock where the sale is not finalized.
Upfront Delivery Costs
We disclose our delivery fee upfront, so you know exactly how much your total order will cost. delivery charges will be automatically calculated in the Checkout process and displayed as a line item in your costs. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location.
Deliveries outside of the greater Wellington region are made via 3rd party carrier to residential addresses only.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please detail in the notes section of your order or contact us with your specific requirements. Any additional requirements may incur additional charges. Please note, delivery does not include installation of your products.
We will deliver the products set out in your order anywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, however, an overseas order may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address.
Rural addresses and addresses not in a major town may cost extra to deliver, we will inform you of any additional delivery costs depending on your address.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your item once your order has been dispatched. We aim to deliver all standard orders within 1-7 business days depending on the size of the item and delivery location
All goods delivered must be signed for during delivery indicating they are undamaged, if you sign for something and it is damaged the responsibility will be on the recipient as per the carriage of good act.
If you select pick up goods, these must be collected within 5 working days.
In the case of a customer cancellation credit card fees may apply. Also a 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item.
